After following the intelligent lighting engineering program at the Eindhoven University of Technology, I realized that I could help clients to enhance their architectural plans with my love for light. Therefore, I founded my own company called; Dutch Canvas Studio.

With Dutch Canvas Studio I design lighting plans according to national guidelines. Prior work includes a complete residential lighting plan. My goal is to provide the client with all necessary information and visualisations in order to make the right decisions. Therefore, the sketching and visualizing of architectural plans or lighting plans for clients is an essential part of my job. Visualizing their 2D plans into a 3D drawing. I do not only visualize my own lighting plans but also that of other lighting design studios. It gives their clients a realistic idea of what the interior is going to look like. The flexibility of drawing combined with my engineering knowledge result in an engaging and quick process that exceeds the expectations of my clients.
